Harrisburg, PA – Senate President Pro Tempore, Joe Scarnati and Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman released the following joint statement regarding Republican State Senate Candidate Dave Arnold’s operation to remove a malignant brain tumor last week.

We are encouraged by his prognosis for a full recovery and are inspired by his continued commitment to public service. Dave Arnold serves as Lebanon County District Attorney and was nominated as the Republican nominee to fill the vacant senate seat in the 48th district on October 19th. The special election will be held on January 14th.
