Harrisburg, PA – President Joe Biden is visiting Philadelphia this evening. He brings with him a failed record of sky-high inflation that continues to squeeze the budgets of middle-class Pennsylvanians. In fact, the President’s recently announced student loan forgiveness plan has been revealed to soon be another driver of inflation. State Senate Democrats in Pennsylvania have repeatedly endorsed President Biden’s policies and pushed for similar legislation at the state level. Despite this, Senators, including Senator Katie Muth, have dodged President Biden whenever they can.
“Senator Katie Muth and the Democrat Party know President Biden is unpopular in the Commonwealth but they still support his failed agenda,” PA SRCC Communications Director Michael Straw stated. “Muth and her party have no solutions to stop rising inflation and bring economic stability. In fact, they’ve been supporting radical policies like RGGI that make things worse. Katie Muth may be able to run from President Biden every time he comes to Pennsylvania, but her voting record can’t hide.”
